Terms & Condition

If you are not happy with our products and are considering obtaining a refund, store credit or exchange, please read our following terms and conditions carefully to ensure you’re eligible. Kindly note that for all returns, the item must be returned unused with the original tags still attached, in the original packaging and in original condition.

 

At The Monday Studio, we want you to be happy with your products and we will offer refunds, store credit or exchanges (subject to availability and item type) for faulty items subject to the following timeframes:

1. For product delivered in Australia, product is returned to us within 14 days of the products being delivered to you; and

2. For product delivered to New Zealand, product is returned to us within 28 days of the products being delivered to you. 

 

If you believe that the item you purchased is faulty, kindly send us an email to help@themondaystudio.co detailing your order number, specifying the fault and then return the item to [STATE ADDRESS] along with the returns form. Upon receiving your return parcel, we will inspect the return prior to processing your request for refund, store credit or exchange, within five business days of receipt. If a fault cannot be found, we reserve the right to request for supporting evidence e.g. photos or to ask for further details. 

 

For change of mind returns, we will offer store credits in the form of a voucher with a six month term before expiry or an exchange of item, subject to availability and item type. If you are planning to return an item due to change of mind, please email help@themondaystudio.co with your order number, specifying whether you wish to claim a store credit or exchange. Please also specify on the returns form the same and send the item along with the returns form to [STATE ADDRESS]. We aim to process your request within five business days of receipt. The following timeframes for returns apply:

1. For product delivered in Australia, product is returned to us within 14 days of the products being delivered to you; and

2. For product delivered to New Zealand, product is returned to us within 28 days of the products being delivered to you. 

 

Kindly note for personal hygiene reasons and health reasons, we are unable to process returns for swimwear, underwear, activewear, bodysuits, bralettes/bras and earrings. 

 

Please also kindly note that delivery fees/shipping costs are non-refundable.
