We do not want you to be disappointed by not being able to gift yourself or anyone else our beautiful TMS products due to shipping, so kindly allow yourself more time when making a purchase.
TMS is currently shipping exclusively to Australia only and we will be using Sendle to deliver your exciting parcel to your nominated delivery location. Please kindly note Sendle cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect, locked bags or parcel lockers. For all orders, we will dispatch within 1 business day of processing your order. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the following business day. As we do not want you to be disappointed, please allow an additional 2-3 business days from estimated delivery times during busy periods (e.g. November-December). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification email to allow you to check in on your beautiful parcel’s journey!
Please note, any delivery date or time specified by TMS are estimations only which are determined by the delivery service providers and TMS is not liable for any loss or damage suffered through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. We will do our very best to help ensure your parcel is delivered to you in a reasonable and timely manner, so if your parcel is not received by the estimated time frame, please do not hesitate to contact us on email@example.com with details of your order number.
