Returns & Exchanges
At The Monday Studio, we want you to be happy with your products, however if you are not completely happy with your purchase we will offer refunds, store credit or exchanges (subject to availability and item type).
RETURN POLICY
If you are not happy with our products and are considering obtaining a refund, store credit or exchange, please read our following return policy carefully to ensure you’re eligible.
Kindly note that returns for exchange / store credit & refund must meet the following requirements:
- Only apply on full price items.
- For all Australia returns, product/s must be returned to us within 14 days of the products being delivered to you.
- For New Zealand returns, product/s must be returned to us within 28 days of the products being delivered to you.
- All return product/s must be new, unused with the original tags still attached, in the original packaging and in original condition.
- For personal hygiene reasons and health reasons, we are unable to process returns for swimwear, underwear, activewear, bodysuits, bralettes/bras and earrings.
Please also kindly note that delivery fees/shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not offer free returns.
Please be mindful when sending items back to us, as it is your responsibility when items are lost in the post and we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on lost parcels. We always recommend returning with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Follow the steps if you wish to return your items.
STEP 1: Email our customer service team at help@themondaystudio.co detailing your order number, specifying the reason to return.
STEP 2: Our customer service team will respond with an RA (Return Authorisation Number)
STEP 3: Complete the returns form that came with your order.
